Job Title: F&B Executive

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 4-7 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled F&B Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outlet Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service

- Ensure high-quality food and beverage presentation and service

2. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Handle customer complaints and feedback

3. Revenue Growth:

- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities

4. Menu Planning:

- Assist in menu planning, development, and implementation

5. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control

6. Team Management:

- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure high-quality service and performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and inventory management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end F&B establishment

- Strong understanding of F&B trends, menu engineering, and revenue management

- Certification in F&B management or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
