The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of all food and beverage operations within the organization. This role ensures the highest standards of quality, customer service, and profitability in all food and beverage services.
• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain to optimize cost control and reduce waste.
• Train, and supervise food and beverage staff, servers, and bartenders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
