Job Description
In a banquet setting, a Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for: 1. Event Setup : Arranging tables, chairs, and place settings. 2. Service : Serving food and beverages, refilling drinks, and maintaining buffet stations. 3. Guest Assistance : Addressing guest needs and special requests. 4. Coordination : Working with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery. 5. Clearing and Clean-Up : Clearing tables and assisting with post-event cleanup. 6. Health and Safety : Following hygiene and safety regulations. 7. Teamwork : Collaborating with other staff to ensure a smooth event.
