Food And Beverage Associate
Job Description
A food and beverage (F&B) associate's responsibilities include:
• Providing service : Serving food and drinks to guests, taking orders, and processing payments
• Maintaining cleanliness : Cleaning tables, counters, and other areas, and removing trash
• Preparing food : Assisting chefs by washing vegetables, assembling sandwiches, and plating dishes
• Stocking : Ensuring bar and drink service areas are stocked with beverages
• Setting up and clearing : Setting up tables, arranging marquees, and clearing tables after use
• Handling complaints : Addressing guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Following procedures : Ensuring cash, charge, and till procedures are carried out as agreed
• Supporting events : Assisting with the preparation of event spaces and providing service duties for functions
• Maintaining standards : Maintaining service standards and following health, hygiene, and safety practices
• Communicating : Communicating effectively and maintaining organizational confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?12,000.00 per month
