Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate
Job Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the food and beverage services within an establishment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. You will work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to deliver a positive dining experience for patrons.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in choosing menu items and provide recommendations.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Order Fulfillment:
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards before serving.
• Deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and manage table turnover to optimize seating capacity.
Cleanliness and Organization:
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
• Ensure tables are properly set with appropriate utensils, condiments, and menus.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining tables, counters, and service stations.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other associates to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow established procedures for handling cash transactions.
• Comply with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Upselling and Promotion:
• Promote specials, discounts, and promotional items to customers.
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Customer Feedback:
• Solicit feedback from customers and communicate it to management.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ?10,921.11 - ?11,500.00 per month
