Food And Beverage Assistant
Job Description
• Greeting guest with a smile and using the guest name when known
• Prepare and set the restaurant before the meal period
• Serve the food and beverage to the guest in the right temperature as well as introducing the food
• Making sure the sideboard of each section clean, refill all the necessary supplies (e.g. teacups, cutlery, etc.)
• Take orders and answer the guest inquiries whenever possible
• Fold napkins, making sure the cutlery is clean as to be set in the table
• Encourage customers to fill in the customer service survey through QR code
• Offer the drinks menu and wine menu with certain suggestions and recommendations
• Perform closing duties in the correct procedure
• Follow up the guest's order to ensure the fine dining experience
• Assist other colleagues when needed to assure smooth operation
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
