Key Responsibilities Execute the UI design, development, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirement Build responsive, efficient, re-usable web applications Collaborate with UX designers, other Front-End Teams, product owners and back-end developers for delivering solutions Implement best practices, techniques, and technologies to produce value driven products that represent our commitment to quality. Code Reviews, Design reviews for all the front-end development from the team. Work on new code and improve older code bases, as well as to apply modern best practices to new projects, Proactively communicate on development status & delays in agreed upon timelines Interface with global teams for requirements analysis and schedule. Qualification and Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree / master\'s degree in engineering with Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical background and 6-8 years of experience Minimum of 6 years\' experience in software development with exposure to maintenance, continuous integration & releases Minimum of 3 years experience in core product software development Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to collaborate and strive for delivering best UX. Must have strong hands-on experience of implementing web applications using ReactJS, Redux, Jquery, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, JSON, CSS, SASS etc. Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, Java or another server-side programming language. Comfortable with CI/CD process, with hands on tools like Git/BitBucket/Jenkins Working knowledge of any modern SQL databases. Eg. MySQL, Oracle etc Sound understanding of the importance of automated unit, integration, and functional tests for web apps and APIs Strong debugging skills and ability to navigate large codebases owned by multiple teams Strong appetite to learn industry trends and new & emerging technologies Ability to influence overall full-stack software design in context of delivering UIs at scale. Ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
