Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.
Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances
Your tasks
Greeting and welcoming clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.
Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining records & registers.
Following up with pet surgery formalities
Maintain Lab materials with proper records
Stock management.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
Fluency in English, and at least one other regional language, Added advantage for Hindi-known candidates.
Preferred skills and qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
Basic in using computers and other office equipment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
