We have multiple brands under our umbrella namely, Loco Bear, Loco Lane, Loco Golf and many more.Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all operations of our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). The ideal candidate will ensure the facility maximizes its profitability while maintaining a fun, safe, and positive environment for both our guests and staff with the operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
o Monitor and ensure quality control, proper presentation, and timely delivery of food and drinks.
o Manage inventory control and stock levels, and place orders when necessary to avoid stockouts.
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.2. Team Management:
o Hire, train, and supervise staff in the food and beverage department.
o Provide leadership, motivation, and support to team members to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
o Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff.3. Customer Service:
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and resolving complaints or issues in a professional manner.
o Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
o Monitor guest preferences and recommend menu items or special promotions accordingly.4. Financial Management:
o Develop and manage the food and beverage department & budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
o Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue while minimizing costs.
o Oversee pricing strategies and collaborate with management to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.5. Menu and Product Development:
o Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create new and innovative menu items, keeping up with trends in the food and beverage industry.
o Regularly review the menu, making adjustments to improve offerings based on guest preferences and seasonality.
o Ensure that all food and beverage offerings align with the establishment concept and brand identity.6. Marketing and Promotion:
o Develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
o Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging for food and beverage promotions.
