: Job Title: Record to Report (R2R) Associate/Senior Associate Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time, Work From Office Only We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Record to Report (R2R) Associate/Senior Associate to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in R2R, with expertise in General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, month-end reporting, and reconciliation. The candidate must be an Accounts Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Responsibilities:

• Perform R2R activities including General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, month-end reporting, and reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis

• Adhere to strict deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure

• Provide excellent customer service and support as required

Requirements Requirements:

• Accounts Graduate/Post Graduate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in R2R

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Willingness to work from the office as per the situation

• 5 days working with 2 days of rotational week off
