Job Description

Requirements / Skills: 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required supporting business requirements. Experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; Welding, Electronics, Electrical repairs and start-up repairs, plumbing etc. Should act as maintenance person - install, repair, and maintain systems, such as electrical, plumbing, UPS etc. Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms and security cameras, A/c, Water etc.) Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections Checks completed work by vendors and contractors Does and recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications & oversees building maintenance Communicates workplace safety precautions Technical engineering skills Problem solving Good Troubleshooting skills Good Communication Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,200,000.00 - 91,600,000.00 per year Benefits:
