Role Summary



We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented

Sales Officer

to join our

Boche Tea Division

. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring seamless operations in the assigned regions. This position requires someone with a strong background in FMCG sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities



Market Development

: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase the footprint of Boche Tea in Palakkad, Alappuzha, and Kottayam.

Sales Target Achievement

: Drive sales in the assigned territory, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Distributor and Retailer Management

: Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers to foster loyalty and ensure smooth product distribution.

Product Promotion

: Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and in-store activations to enhance product visibility and boost sales.

Market Research

: Monitor and analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

Inventory Control

: Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments.

Operational Excellence

: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee smooth and timely product delivery.

Customer Engagement

: Address distributor and retailer inquiries promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Reporting

: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, market insights, and performance data to management.

Key Requirements



Experience

: Minimum of 1 year in FMCG sales, preferably in Consumer Goods, tea, or similar product categories.

Education

: Graduation in any discipline or substantial relevant experience in sales.

Skills

: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics.

Mobility

: Willingness to travel extensively within designated location

Attributes

: Self-driven, customer-centric, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
