Job Title: Sales Officer

Appoint and strengthen relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure on-time product delivery and efficient order fulfillment.
Negotiate shelf space, promotional displays, and optimize product visibility in stores.
Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-out situations, and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely replenishment.
Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to sales management.
Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary of 30,000/- per month.
Travel and mobile allowances of approximately 5000/- 6000/- per month.
