Job Description
Job Summary
Engineer will be working as FM for one of our Client Gati.
- Engineer will be working from Gati Office. If required , and based on instructions she may come to Tikona Office, as in when required basis.
- Engineer will be responsible for all Tikona provided links monitoring via provided tools , and take necessary actions as guided.
- Engineer will prepare reports on regular basis, as in required /prescribed format , which may change timely , as in required format.
- Engineer will co-ordinate with Customer IT Team / Tikona ISP Vendors / Tikona Multiple teams as guided.
- Engineer may be required to be available late till 7 at times very rarely in such times of Customer meetings.
- Engineer to monitor our SDWAN solution ( Can be taught ). Co-ordinate with OEM, as in when required.
- Engineer to be very specifically Hindi speaking candidate/ Fluent in English , to be ready to work in tough pressure situations.
A Cisco Certification is expected. Should have networking knowledge. May have 1 years' experience on same such field.
