Job Description


\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for participating in the development of Facility Management (FM) functions, engaging in negotiation discussions, interacting with business partners and vendors, and providing inputs for FM operations. Monitor progress, ensure the incorporation of quality and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) parameters, and present vital data to Senior Management to improve facility services.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for monitoring FM operations in line with SHE guidelines, conducting Risk Analysis, ensuring adherence to risk mitigation plans, and overseeing the proper implementation of SHE guidelines.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all statutory compliances, monitoring the preparation and submission of required documents, and collaborating with the HR team when necessary. The goal is to achieve 100% statutory compliance in all FM-related services in offices.\xc2\xb7 You will lead the FM team to deliver facility services according to set standards, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives, actively contributing to effective partnerships.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for conveying information clearly and accurately in line with customer/user needs, building credibility, and using effective interpersonal skills to convince others.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for reviewing FM budgets and coordinating within the FM team to ensure control and compliance with financial budgets.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for ensuring all internal and external audit observations related to FM are reviewed and closed within established timelines.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for implementing the car lease policy, suggesting policy amendments, renewing registrations, licenses, tax, and insurance of cars, managing documents, and facilitating club memberships for senior employees. Forward membership fee invoices to the finance department for payment.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for conducting periodic audits, both informed and uninformed, during business and non-business hours. Capture abnormalities, record and close issues within reasonable timelines, and update higher management on open issues or pass confidential information on time.QualificationsAny Bachelor Degree with 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management.Complete understanding of Pharma Industry SAP Knowledge.Basic GMP and FM functional experience Tends in the other industriesKnowledge on management of accounting Is the individual a dependent or an independent contributor?
