AptYou Services Pvt Ltd is an innovative edtech company dedicated to developing engaging and impactful educational apps. We focus on creating structured, interactive, and user-friendly platforms to enhance learning experiences for children, parents, and educators.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Flutter and Firebase to lead the development of our apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, a passion for creating interactive user experiences, and experience working with scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy the mobile application using Flutter .
• Design and implement scalable backend services using Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
• Integrate APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and other interactive features (e.g., Google Cloud Speech-to-Text , AWS Transcribe ).
• Optimize app performance for smooth animations and real-time interactions suitable for children.
• Collaborate with the design team to create a child-friendly UI/UX.
• Implement analytics and reporting for tracking user engagement and app performance.
• Ensure the app is secure, user-friendly, and compliant with best practices for data protection.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and recommend improvements for future versions of the app.

Qualifications

•Technical Skills •

Frontend :

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart .
• Strong understanding of widget-based architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Experience with Lottie or Rive for animations

Backend :

• Expertise in Firebase services (Firestore, Realtime Database, Authentication, Cloud Functions).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.

AI/Voice Integration :

• Familiarity with Google Cloud APIs , AWS , or similar platforms for speech recognition and synthesis.

Database :

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly Firestore or MongoDB.

Tools :

• Version control using Git .
• CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps (e.g., CodeMagic, GitHub Actions).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Passion for educational technology and creating impactful solutions.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying mobile applications using Flutter.
• Experience in building educational apps.
• Understanding of accessibility standards for apps targeting young users.
• Knowledge of gamification principles and their application in educational apps.

Pay: ?49,293.06 - ?100,000.00 per month
