Description Our restaurant is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Train new employees on policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor and manage the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, coordinating with the management team for timely replenishment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food delivery
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Previous experience of 1-2 year in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Women staff required
- A strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
