We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our two-wheeler showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of two-wheeler mechanics, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing Workshop Operations:
• Supervise the daily activities of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service schedules.
• Monitor the quality of repairs and maintenance work performed.
• Ensure timely completion of service jobs.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and train technicians.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor the inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• Place orders for necessary parts and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory usage.
Customer Service:
• Interact with customers to understand their service needs.
• Explain service procedures and costs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control measures.
• Conduct regular inspections of repaired vehicles.
• Identify and address any quality issues.
Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures in the workshop.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications for a Floor Supervisor:
Education:
• Diploma or degree in automotive engineering or a related field (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Automobile Industry
• Proven experience in managing a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and repair procedures.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Customer service orientation.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
