Hiring Floor Manager sales
Team Handling Experience required( 8-10 )
CRM experience required
Responsibilities:
? Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Tele Counsellors.
? Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them,
? Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results,
? Assist team members in closing deals and Achieve their targets,
Location: Rajouri garden
Salary: 25 k-30k(Negotiable) plus incentives
Proper Training will be provided if get selected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
