Job Description

The Floor Manager for the Online Sales Team is responsible for leading and supervising a group of online sales representatives to achieve sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive the success of the online sales department. This position involves managing team performance, providing coaching and support, and working collaboratively with other departments to optimize online sales operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of online sales representatives. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. 2. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed online sales targets. Monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed. 3. Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Resolve escalated customer complaints when necessary. 4. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide guidance and training to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service. 5. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and set performance improvement goals for team members. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data and online performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize sales operations. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 8. Compliance: Ensure that the team adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to online sales, data privacy, and customer information security. 9. Technology Utilization: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and sales-related technology tools. Identify and implement improvements in the sales process and technology. Qualifications: - Any degree. - Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, banking sales, credit card sales or insurance sales. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Sales and customer service-oriented. - Able to do rotational shifts. - Knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce best practices. - Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Candidates from Kerala are preferred. - Male candidates preferred.
