A Floor manager is Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a store , including:
- Store operations: Ensuring the store runs smoothly and effectively
- Customer service: Motivating sales teams to provide great customer service
- Business strategy: Developing strategies to help the store succeed in the marketplace
- Inventory: Keeping track of inventory levels, planning purchases, and ensuring products are stocked
- Staff: Hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- Store cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Financial records: Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Sales targets: Setting and meeting sales targets, and motivating staff to do so
- Customer queries: Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Pricing: Overseeing pricing
- Profitability: Maximizing profitability
