Designation: Floor Manager Location: Noida sec- 2 Experience: 7-12 years Education Qualification: Any Graduate /PG Job responsibilities: Responsible for Sales of financial services to Customers mainly Personal Loan Experience Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of the Personal Loan program. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product. Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically Experienced of handling 60-100 persons team of Managers/Assistant manager, motivate them to achieve the target and sales. Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.) Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures Evaluate performance with key metrics. Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
