- Jewellery Industry Preferred
- Efficient showroom operations
- Delivering best customer service standards
- Management of showroom staff
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Accurate and timely preparation / submission / review of reports -expenses.
- Increase in conversion rate
- Statutory Compliance
- Talent management and motivation
- 100% SOP Implementation and Adherence by team
- Monitor and manage Inventory levels
- Reduce dump, shrink and other losses within budget and work towards reducing costs.
- Take timely and rational decisions
- Candidates should have Jewellery & Diamond QC and production experience.
- Candidate should have understanding of the Jewellery Manufacturing & Process relationship with QC Coordination with Internal Dept.
- Understanding the demand requirement of customers; planning and monitoring production process; coordinating with other departments; Ensuring quality check of the finished product and delivery of jewellery on time as per order.
- Achieve target movement from one department to another as planned & handle technical issues during production and provide solution.
- To encourage workers to share workload and deliver on time.
- To manage the complete production process on production floor.
- To improve productivity / process improvement quality, Elimination / reduction in rejection / metal losses.
- To do implantation of customer standards at various stages.
- To do initial inspection, mid & final inspection dates need to give to merchant. Goods inspection along with merchant.
- To do production related sourcing. To take care of all the stocks related to production.
- Check records of finished jewellery placed in safe locker.
