The Floor Incharge will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio floor, ensuring that activities are conducted efficiently, staff is well-managed, and customers receive exceptional service.The role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring that photography and videography sessions are executed smoothly and efficiently.Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to the studio team, including photographers, assistants, and other staff, ensuring alignment with operational goals.Ensure that all photography equipment is well-maintained, properly set up, and available for use during sessions. Report any equipment issues for timely resolution.Requirements * Education: Any graduate can apply.
- Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a studio or photography setting, is preferred.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
- Location Preference: Candidates from Surat are preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from xe2x82xb918,000 - xe2x82xb925,000 per month.
