Job Description
Floor In-Charge in a Maruti Suzuki automobile mechanical workshop is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the workshop floor. This role involves managing and coordinating the work of technicians, ensuring that repairs and maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and to high standards. The Floor In-Charge ensures compliance with safety regulations, optimizes workflow, and addresses any issues that arise during vehicle servicing. They also liaise with other departments, manage inventory levels, and handle customer queries to enhance overall service quality and operational efficiency.
