Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree in any field preferable Supply Chain & Material ManagementRequired Skills
(required to perform the job effectively) 1. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics best practices.
2. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.S no Key Responsbility :
1 Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner, following 5S principles.
2 Maintain all parts in location One part, one location policy to avoid discrepancies and enhance inventory accuracy
3 Optimize warehouse space utilization while ensuring safety protocols are followed within the premises.
4 Maintain a daily report for random audits of inward materials, including FIFO adherence and location accuracy.
5 Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
6 Assist in prioritizing order fulfillment based on customer needs and internal requirements.
7 Ensure the accurate documentation of stock movement and maintain proper records.
8 Ensure efficient material storage practices to prevent potential hazards.
9 Ensure smooth shift management and manpower availability.
10 Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any warehouse-related inquiries or complaints.
11 Depending on the business volume the logistics / transport responsibility shall be of AWHM
