Managing and motivating a team of technicians, engineers, and operators
Monitoring production quality to ensure parts meet stringent aerospace tolerances and specifications.Managing workflows, shift schedules, and production timelines to meet project deadlines.
Understanding the end-use requirements of aerospace components and ensuring customer satisfaction
