Job Summary:



The Floor Executive is responsible for managing the retail floor, ensuring smooth customer transactions, supervising staff, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Sales Management



Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge. Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Upsell and promote seasonal or newly launched sweets/confectionery.

2. Staff Supervision & Training



Monitor and guide floor staff, cashiers, and service personnel. Assign tasks and ensure work efficiency. Conduct briefings and train staff on customer service, hygiene, and product handling.

3. Inventory & Stock Management



Ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages. Coordinate with the store manager and kitchen to maintain an optimal stock level. Oversee FIFO (First In, First Out) method to maintain product freshness.

4. Hygiene & Quality Control



Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, product quality, and display arrangements.

5. Cash Handling & Billing Oversight



Supervise billing counters and ensure accurate cash/card transactions. Resolve billing issues and discrepancies if needed.

6. Visual Merchandising & Store Appearance



Ensure attractive product displays and promotional signage. Maintain a pleasant and welcoming ambiance in the outlet.

7. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily sales and stock reports. Report any operational issues or customer feedback to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Graduate / Diploma in Retail, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.

Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
