• Front-of-House Management:
• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food and beverages.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover to optimize restaurant capacity.
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
• Quality and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas and facilities to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Inventory and Cost Control:
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Monitor and control costs related to food, beverage, and operational expenses.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality, with at least [X years] in a supervisory role.
