Key Responsibilities:
• Floor Operations Management:
• Supervise daily activities on the floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Address operational challenges promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Team Coordination:
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Act as the point of contact for team concerns and provide on-the-spot guidance.
• Customer Engagement:
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and their concerns are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with sales or service teams to address customer queries or complaints.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment on the floor.
• Inventory and Supplies Management:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish as needed.
• Ensure the proper placement and arrangement of products or equipment.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare daily activity or performance reports and submit them to management.
• Keep records of floor incidents, maintenance requests, or customer complaints.
• Contribute insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
