A floor advisor, also known as a floor manager or floor incharge, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a floor, including:
• Customer service : Assisting customers with their needs, handling complaints, and resolving issues
• Team management : Assigning tasks, supervising employees, and providing feedback
• Workflow management : Creating and managing the team's workflow, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for improvement
• Environment maintenance : Keeping the floor clean and organized for customers and employees
• Process improvement : Collaborating with management to implement improvements and optimize processes
Other responsibilities of a floor advisor may include: Training and coaching employees, Monitoring inventory and directing employees to restock items, Ensuring staff follow safety regulations, Confirming machines are working well, and Performing minor machine repairs

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
