Annual Plan has been formulated for this purpose based on the Community needs. Focus areas like Education, Health including Mother & Child care & Women Empowerment projects are taken up as part of initiatives.Job Challenges:
1. Motivating villagers to discontinue child labour practice and send children to schools.2. KRA1 Annaul Planning :-
To formulate annual Community Development plan for proper fund allocation and timely execution of projects. - To conduct need based survey on community for projects
- To study and analyze the data & prioritize the needs.
- To identify the social needs.
KRA2 To prepare projects, action plans & for implementing CD activities in a better way to get villagers acceptance, participation, and appreciation. - To formulate Objectives, Purpose, Inputs, Activities, Output, Evaluation & review system.
- To prepare monthly action plan for the planned activities.
KRA3 Co-ordinate:-
To co-ordinate for review of CD projects alongwith Zonal Officer & Corporate officials during their visit so as to avail their guidance for improvement in CD projects. - To arrange for visit to the villages where our projects are carried out & implemented.
- To get the feedback and recommendations from the zonal & corporate authorities and implement the projects.
KRA4 Liaisoning:-
To laise with Government agencies for joint venture projects in CD activities & implementation of CD plan.To maintain rapport with local village community & authorities. - To attend the meetings, seminars, workshops convened by Zonal Office & Corporate Office.
- To explore the possibilities of raising funds through Govt., schemes.
- Collecting all datas.
- Follow-up of monthly plan identification of target groups.
- Liaise with respective group for effective implementation.
- Training of SHG groups for skill development.
- Identification of proper beneficiaries.
KRA5 MIS:-
Co-ordination with Group Zonal Office, ABCCI & RD (Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives & Rural Development) for guidance in smooth implementation of CD activities. - To prepare and send monthly, Quarterly reports to Zonal Office & ABCCI & RD, Mumbai.
- To maintain the records of HTC Jan Seva Trust.
