REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for video moderators to join our team, someone who has an ear and eye for the detail. The role will have responsibilities including, but not limited to:
An online enforcer that can help maintain the safety of our online communities and its usage across multiple content areas.
Identify operational, behavioural & technical issues, patterns, and trends within our community.
Observe, escalate issues, and be proactive with opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels.
And other tasks that will come up in a vibrant start-up just launching in Kolkata.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Good English communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
Experience in customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to details and desire to learn.
High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
Familiar with smartphone/ mobile device/mobile applications.
Experience in device/application troubleshooting is highly preferable.
Only 12 pass and graduated are welcome
A candidate should read and understand English because English is compulsory
**Please understand, this is a full-time position that this in an office that is operational 24/7/365 days a week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.**
**We will soon restart work from the office, so work from home is only for the time being so, please make sure that you have your laptop or desktop with a good internet connection.**
