:Job Purpose

• Apply knowledge of mass transfer and heat transfer to optimize processes and monitor system efficiency.
• Prepare shift-wise reports on operations, performance, and key metrics.
• Manage and coordinate team tasks during shifts.
• Ensure staff are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.
• Ensure all operations follow safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of mass and heat transfer processes.
• Preferred: Certification in Safety Management or similar field.
• Preferred: Experience in process engineering or operations supervision.
• Preferred: Proficiency in automated reporting systems and data analysis tools.
• Position involves both office and fieldwork, with shift work required.
• Adherence to safety protocols is a top priority.
