Job Description
:1)To coordinate in monitoring inspection and process controls.Checking finished fabric characteristics against customer requirements and communicated specifications Ensuring adherence to 4-point defect reporting system and packaging of finished fabric as per set standards Engage in shop floor observation to ensure adherence to SOPs in processes.2)To coordinate in conducting daily waste analysis and review.Analyzing reasons behind fabric waste Coordinating to identify corrective and preventive actions.3)To ensure adherence to ISO guidelines and procurement of materials as per IQC standards.Preparing and maintaining ISO documentation Ensuring procurement of packing raw materials such as paper tube, millboard etc. as per IQC standards.4)To assist in analyzing reasons behind customer complaints as well as orienting workers for preventive actions.To assist in analyzing fabric processing history to identify reasons for defects Orienting workers towards preventive actions and training them on mending newly identified defect categories
