Issue & accounting of materials as per the contracts.
Shall be responsible to avail the material for a project on a clock basis.
To ensure quality checking of materials with coordination with the project team.
To ensure project accounting is in line with BOQ.
Timely Reconciliation of cement, steel, and all the consumables during a project.
To ensure storage & reconciliation of materials.
To ensure collection of scrap generated in the projects & disposal.
Physical verification of project materials from time to time in coordination with the project team.
Statutory audit & Internal audit related to entire project accounting.
Preparation of Project MIS on monthly basis (Activity wise).
