Freight Broker :
A Freight Broker acts as an intermediary between shippers and carriers, coordinating the transportation of goods. Key responsibilities include finding and negotiating with carriers, managing shipment schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring timely delivery. They are also responsible for maintaining client relationships, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise during transit. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
