18.03.25 HPS/2025/182 Flexo Printing Operator Male 1 2 to 5 DMe/DPE/ITI

• Setting up the press: This includes mounting printing plates, rollers, and other components according to job specifications.

• Operating the press: Monitoring the printing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain print quality, and ensuring the press runs smoothly.

• Quality control: Inspecting printed products for defects, color accuracy, and conformance to specifications.

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with the press, such as print quality problems, ink issues, or mechanical malfunctions.

• Ink management: Mixing and color-matching inks, and making adjustments as required.

• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the press and lubricating moving parts.

• Paperwork and data entry: Accurately completing paperwork and entering data into computer systems for each job.
