Job Description
We are looking for a recruiter who have experience of handling the complete recruiting cycle and able to manage the bulk hiring of blue-collar manpower (ITI Candidates).This includes the following key activities.\xc2\xb7 Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for Flexi Manpower as per requirement of production team.\xc2\xb7 Resource planning & Hiring Partner/ Agency Management\xc2\xb7 Handling of recruitment process, data & candidate pool with the help of application tracking system (ATS)Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Preparation & execution of monthly / annual deployment plan.\xc2\xb7 Planning of hiring with support of hiring partner\xc2\xb7 Execution of monthly recruitment plan\xc2\xb7 Candidate pool management\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of candidate communication channels\xc2\xb7 Predictive analyses for effective hiring\xc2\xb7 Hiring data management & MIS\xc2\xb7 Periodical communication with stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Budget planning & monitoring for Recruitment\xc2\xb7 Vendor Selection and execution of Service level Agreement (SLA)\xc2\xb7 Benchmark and adopt the best HR hiring practices.\xc2\xb7 Act as a point of contact for flexi manpower hiring.\xc2\xb7 Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation & create brand value to attract candidates.Skill RequirementsCommunicationSourcing & InterviewingNetworking & RelationshipRecruitment AnalyticsResult OrientationStrategic Thinking
