Fleet Supervisor
Job Description
• Responsible for management of a Large fleet of vehicles of own and market vehicles and ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles and customer satisfaction
• In charge of the day to day operations of the fleet to ensure timely delivery of material for the customers
• Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles
• Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures
• Being the first point of contact for all drivers
• Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
• Ensuring that customers get highest levels of service
• Maintaining accurate administrative record
• Organizing vehicle checks
• Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities
• Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently
• Appraising staff performance and also taking disciplinary measures when required
• Able to work diplomatically in a unionized environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
