Position Overview: The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient utilization, maintenance, and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition by coordinating regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and other operational metrics to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational performance.
• Manage and train a team of drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to vehicle operations, including breakdowns, accidents, and driver concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for fleet-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, vehicle maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of drivers.
• Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
