Job Description
:
Working with Infra POC to solve for any Parking or space related issues
Working with POD ops team to resolve any pickup related issues
Calling DEs back to the POD and ensuring great efficiency metrics
Figuring out key concerns of delivery partners and communicating to central ops team
Ensuring good earnings for delivery partners available at the POD
Communicating any inefficiencies observed on ground
Creating a point of view on DEs attriting along with key reasons for the same
Ensuring hygiene at the POD by regulating delivery partner behavior
Working with central team to tackle attrition in specific geographies
Highlight any delivery partner count related issues at a particular POD
10 PODs per OA and DE count will be decided based on geography.
