Conecc Industries, a leading manufacturer of AAC blocks, is looking for a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our factory team in Hospet. If you have a passion for maintaining and assembling industrial equipment and meet the requirements, we want you on our team!

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Fitting/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitter in an industrial or factory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, fitting, and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the factory.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out repairs, installations, and replacements of mechanical components.
• Inspect, test, and calibrate mechanical systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed during all work.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and replacements performed.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
