Job Title: Fitter Fabrication

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitter Fabrication professional who is TOT (Training of Trainers) certified to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing metal structures and components while actively contributing to the skill development and training of our team members.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Utilize your expertise to fabricate and assemble metal structures and piping systems according to technical drawings and blueprints.

- Lead training sessions and workshops to develop the skills of junior fitters and fabrication personnel.

- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members' proficiency in fabrication techniques.

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

- Continuously improve fabrication processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.

- Perform inspections and quality checks on fabricated components to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication and assembly processes.

•Requirements: •

- Proven experience as a Fitter Fabrication with demonstrated expertise in metal fabrication techniques.

- TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is required.

- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.

- Expertise in using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments.

- Knowledge of metal properties, fabrication methods, and welding techniques.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
