JOB : FABRICATOR/WELDER

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, fabricating metal structures, and welding components to create high-quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications.
• Material Preparation: Select and prepare materials for welding, cutting, or shaping, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Fabrication: Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using welding equipment and tools.
• Welding: Perform various types of welding (e.g., MIG, TIG) based on project requirements and material types.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications.
• Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition; troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standards at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG) and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
• Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS certification) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
