Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. If you love fitness, yoga, or dance, and enjoy building relationships, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Membership Sales : Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Engage with Clients : Build strong connections with members, understand their fitness needs, and recommend the right plans or classes.
• Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with the founder and instructors to align sales goals with the studio's vision.
• Promote the Studio : Represent Danzofit at community events, networking opportunities, and through local marketing efforts.
• Track Sales Performance : Monitor sales data, report progress, and find ways to improve.

Who we're looking for :

• Sales Skills : Proven success in sales or client-facing roles.
• Passion for Fitness : Background or interest in fitness, yoga, or dance is a big plus.
• Communication Pro : Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people.
• Self-Starter : Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
