•Job Title:• Gym Trainer

•Job Summary:•

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective workout programs, providing personalized training and guidance to clients, and maintaining a safe and supportive training environment.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions

- Create personalized workout plans tailored to clients' goals and needs

- Provide guidance on proper exercise technique and form

- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed

- Maintain a safe and clean training environment

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals

- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques

- Work varied hours, including evenings and weekends

•Requirements:•

- Certification in personal training or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in personal training or a related field

- Strong knowledge of exercise science and human anatomy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels

- First aid and CPR certification

•Preferred Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related field

- Specialized certifications (e.g. strength and conditioning, group fitness)

- Experience working with diverse client populations (e.g. seniors, athletes)
