Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire, motivate, and guide clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals through personalized training programs and professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track clients' progress over time.
• Lead individual and group fitness sessions, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Educate clients on proper exercise form, equipment usage, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain a positive and energetic environment in the gym/studio.
• Stay updated with fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of fitness equipment and facilities.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and wellness as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science (or) Certified Fitness Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Male or Female both can apply
• Fresher and Experienced both can apply
• Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, techniques, and exercise science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients at all fitness levels.
• CPR/AED certification is preferred.
