Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients' fitness levels and health conditions.
• Develop personalized exercise plans and oversee their execution.
• Track progress and adjust routines based on individual needs, injuries, or health concerns.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with a holistic approach.
• Educate clients on proper use of fitness equipment, ensuring safety and hygiene.
• Answer health and nutrition-related queries.
• Promote fitness programs and packages.
• Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role.
• Certification
• Strong knowledge of diverse exercise techniques and personalized program development.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work early/late shifts and weekends.
