Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
Discuss fitness goals, medical history, and exercise experience with clients.
Develop personalized training programs based on individual needs.

Design and lead individual and group training sessions.
Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and safe usage of gym equipment.
Monitor and adjust workout plans to ensure progress and prevent injuries.
